Why ribbon?

You know it is interesting how many people have a hard time liking their job. I love mine! I have always heard from gurus and such to do what you love, the money will follow. Well, I am still waiting on the money part, but I am dong what I love.  I love talking to people, and that is what I do. I really do have the best customers, maybe there is one in every 200 that walk through my door that I could probably do without, but I know they have needs and usually it is a need to be loved, so that is what I try to do, is to love helping them find what they need.

Ribbon is an interesting concept for a store, but I have found it is a wonderful way to connect with people. For some it is an obsession, for others it is a way of perfecting their craft or event and for most people, it is pure luxury. The ribbon here is luxurious, most in this store is made in the USA, some from Europe and VERY little from Asia. It seems that with this store, you either get the concept, or you don't. I appreciate everyone that walks through here, because they get what we are all about and appreciate it, or they are newbies figuring us out and ultimately realizing how cool this place really is.

My customers appreciate local business, they appreciate quality and service, and this is why it is so easy to love them and to talk to them and this is why I am so flexible on ordering what you need, and getting the custom orders done fast. As I say at the top of this blog, we are creative and you do inspire us...it happens every day!
